At Tazira Organics, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Every product is crafted with natural ingredients and handled with care, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Easy Returns
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Items bought on sale or promotion are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it doesn’t meet these conditions.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a faulty product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund promptly after verification.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Exchanges
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare or haircare products
- Gift cards
- Discounted or clearance items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card provider first.
